Alpine Patient Gets Neck Lift

This patient had concerns of loss of the cervical mental angle and redundant skin of the neck with prominent platysmal banding. She elected to undergo a neck lift. She was a good candidate because she had prominent platysmal banding noted with some early signs of facial jowling and redundant skin in the central portion of the neck.
