San Diego Patient Receives Fantastic Neck Lift

This patient had concerns with prominent facial jowling, redundant skin, and prominent platysmal banding of the neck. She has elected to undergo a neck lift. She was a good candidate because she is thin, doesn't haven't have a lot of volume in her neck, and just had redundant skin.
