El Cajon Face and Neck Lift

This patient had concerns of prominent nasolabial folds, prominent facial jowling, redundant skin, and prominent platysmal banding of the neck. She has elected to undergo a face and neck lift. She was a good candidate because she had loose skin and not at lot of volume in her neck.
