San Diego Natural Facelift

This patient had concerns with prominent nasolabial folds, loss of upper cheek volume, prominent facial jowling, prominent redundant skin, and prominent platysmal banding of her neck. She elected to undergo a face and neck lift. She was a good candidate because she had fairly good skin tone and quality present. There was some deepening of the nasolabial folds bilaterally, loss of cheek volume, early signs of facial jowling, and redundant skin with loss of cervical mental angle of her neck with prominent platysmal banding.
